This was a little experimentation and it came out like that departments are well :) The amount of this right must be evaluated by each one, but the amount of vegetables I had lasts 3 thus stretched compared to a surplus! What I used was: 3 chicken breasts 1 sweet potato 1 BUTTERNUT squash 1 eggplant 1 zucchini (courgettes) 1 yellow pepper 1 red pepper good chunk of the leak, a little spinach approx can of coconut milk
Cut the breasts into small pieces and brown in a pan up from a small amount of oil and spiced with good spice, vilkmerge I used "We prefer the chicken" and then put aside. Tear up small vegetables (rather time consuming but worth it) and put as much as your heart desires in a pan and fry until it become soft and sweaty ;) (I put so just rest in the freezer box 2), add kjúllanum back there and mix well and add the coconut milk inside with. It should just be enough to "snuggle" the whole thing, not leftover sauce ..... but of course you are free to do so :) this simmer for a while and shot as a plate and eat with the best appetite :)
