This year's most beautiful book is possibly a collection of poems by Synne Lea with pictures of Stian Hole. It is for both adults and children, but perhaps especially for adults with a child in my arms. Most are familiar and safe, but also a bit unsettling. As in the poem: When mom is sleeping, she is not mom more. Lovely burlesque, fanciful and wondrous, the words fit excellent! New fresh details emerge while we smile and headed, studying the pictures and read the poem again. Much about Mom and Dad. And if clouds, wind, birds and dark. To not be afraid, at least not for the monsters that are not under the bed. Where there is only one old lady who every evening asking "to get some of my life."
