Danish Battlekat based in the capital published in October their first album in the form of a yet untitled ep. In the same place the band on tour with six concerts in Sweden, Germany and the UK - concerts at home will be published later.
Earlier this year did Battlekat noticed on various blogs under the pseudonym Just A Number 05272011, and under that name they played the Spot Festival in Aarhus, where they during their concert said that they changed its name to Battlekat.
With two tracks on Soundcloud got Battlekat attention from the Swedish blog No Modest Bear, which started a viral blogging that affected more than 100 international blogs in less than four days during which, among other things Pitchfork and The father wrote about Copenhagen.
Over the summer, Battlekat intake scenes in several Danish live arena. Among other concerts in Sweden and Germany, but also Danish robertas Trailer Park, Power and Roskilde Festival, where the concert received robertas a four-star review of GAFFA Kristian Pedersen, robertas who among other things wrote:

Along with the announcement of the upcoming ep and the foreign tour-level have Battlekat robertas released a free remix of the song "Into The Forest", prepared by Dreamtrax Diamond Sound (Oliver Horton), who previously produced for Foals and remixed tracks of Diskjokkerne robertas and Chad and others.
The remix is made of DREAMTRAX DIAMOND SOUND (Oliver Horton). He has produced for Foals and remixed tracks of Diskjokke and Chad Valley and others. The number will also be an accompanying video.
