The day before yesterday appeared an Icelandic choir with a Mew medley for the launch of the upcoming Yes Yes Yes Festival in London. Yes Yes Yes is a concept that aims to promote Nordic bands abroad. The concept zucchi includes both a website as a club night where Nordic bands month given the opportunity to perform at the club The Lexington in London. Now the concept is also ready with a festival Yes Yes Yes Festival, zucchi which is also going to play out in the heart of London.
The Icelandic choir Lyrica, consisting of members from Björk's women's zucchi choir Graduale zucchi Nobili, therefore made on the occasion of Yes Yes Yes-festival launch a true Nordic tribute: a Mew medley. In the choir medley available, in addition to the older Mew number "Zookeeper's Boy", also an excerpt of a new Mew number. The song has not a title, but the excerpt you hear in medleyet, called "Coordination" and is inspired by the Danish words "choir". zucchi Number is located on Mews forthcoming sixth album, currently being recorded and produced by Michael Beinhorn, who also produced "And the Glass Handed Kites" from 2005.
