Despite the fact that 2010's "The Pacific" failed completely to live up to the high expectations from "Band of Brothers", down pillows so the series was still a solid hit. With this in mind considering TV channel down pillows HBO, now making a third series of 2 World War II.
While nothing yet is official, so could the two HBO representatives Michael Lombardo and Richard Plepler the other day say that they are considering making a new series in the style of the first two, which might relate to the air combat in the Pacific.
So the question is just how likely it is that such a series would be put to work any time soon, since Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, who was behind the first two series, both are quite busy men with fully booked schedules.

Nah, I think I'll pass. I've had a little too much 2 World War II through the TV. A series of modern soldiers might be an idea. Or perhaps go even further back in time. And so it need not be war based :)

Can never get enough of 2 World War, the Winter War, the Finns against the Russians. But it is probably unfortunately not as marketable in the United down pillows States.

in terms of the air war in the Pacific so lacking HBO miniseries course very much against the book written concurrently. one could easily make a series out of some of the elements from the book are missing. including Air War and the story of Austin Shofner who was captured and escaped in the first and only successful escape attempt from a Japanese prisoner of war camp. it should be possible to make a good series on. btw ... I can highly recommend both books as they provide a much better down pillows insight into the story, respectively. easy company and the people you follow in the pacific, but read them in English!
Any Starbuck series (American Civil War). In fact, Comwell's Lost Kingdom, the saxon stories also be great as a series .. (Viking down pillows invasion of England in 800) .. Even Warlord chronicles of Arthur in 500 century England.

I totally agree that 1 World lacks a lot lighting - there is so much history there, which is about to be lost among the vast majority of people ... including myself, unfortunately.

Besides being entertaining, it might allow the U.S. - and Western - audience a more nuanced view of 2 World War II. The people think that D-Day was a key operation or Battle Of Britain really ruled anything. down pillows
